The website dutchwaterauthorities.com is completely renewed this summer. With more attention for news from the projects and more space for pictures and videos. This way, the website brings the international work of the water authorities even better into the picture.

Dutch Water Authorities (DWA) is the international organization of the 21 Dutch water authorities. The website of DWA is intended in particular for water managers from other countries who have questions about the regional water management in The Netherlands. Also, international partners who want to cooperate with water authorities to solve water issues can get in touch via the website. In this way, the website acts as a shared locker of all 21 water authorities for questions from abroad. Furthermore, you can follow on the website the progress of the Blue Deal, the largest program of DWA.

What does DWA do?

Floods, water shortages, water pollution: worldwide people face the same water problems. DWA believes that we stand stronger together to solve these problems. In multi-annual partnerships, DWA works with foreign water managers on water safety and clean and sufficient water. By learning from each other's knowledge and experience, we don’t have to invent the wheel all by ourselves.
